Plant: The Typica Costariccense is our most flavorful and dynamic varietal, carrying aromas and flavor notes of brown spice, cacao, tropical fruit, and sugar cane. This coffee is classic Tarrazu magic.
 
Honey Process:  This means the coffee fruit’s pulp is left on the seed during the fermentation process, and not washed off with water. Honey-process results in a more fruit-forward taste because of this prolonged contact between seed and fruit.

Light Roast: Our light roast brings out this coffee’s most aroma and acidity, with the least body and bitterness.
