Corazón grows coffee AND serves it! Our coffee is grown in the cool hills of Tarrazú, Costa Rica and available both in Costa Rica and the U.S. Our surf café and B&B is located in Los Pargos, Costa Rica where you can enjoy a cup of our coffee before surfing Playa Negra.

Café Corazon is an environmentally-conscious coffee brand, producing 100% natural Costa Rican coffee in the hillsides of Tarrazú. We fresh-roast on site in Playa Negra and offer roasting courses and retail bags. Our mission is to empower local farmers and communities so they have the option to choose natural and sustainable systems, which benefits the health of all life from farm to cup. We represent an ecological counter movement to quantity-based coffee practices, and are proud to produce coffee that reaches your cup with authentic flavor and zero additives. We hope you’ll support this movement by grabbing a bag and tasting the difference for yourself. Once you fall in love, you can sign up for our coffee subscription program to ensure you always have our fresh roasted beans on hand.

Corazón Surf Cafe is a welcoming public restaurant. We are open from 7am – 12pm and serve cold-pressed juices, fresh fruit smoothies, superfood bowls, delicious avocado toasts, grilled paninis, and more. All food is fresh and locally sourced. Our coffee comes directly from our partner business, Corazón Coffee Roasters, who fresh roasts the Café Corazon coffee on-site and works closely with producers in the famous “Zona de Los Santos” in Tarrazu. We serve espresso drinks, cold brew, and a variety hot brew options. We currently have 3 bed & breakfast style rooms above the street front Café, and 2 private 1BR/1BA cabinas behind the rivers. Corazón’s mission is to spread environmental and social consciousness.
